Better UX and navigation ease

Sort tasks by its columns like deadline, assignee, status, prioroty, and name.

Currently there are 3 options regarding templates: Draft, actually just the document within the board/wiki Private, is a published template for a person Public, is a published template for the workspace Not possible to delete a template Requested: Draft, actually just the document within the board/wiki Private, is a published template for the person self Group, is a published template a group/multiple persons Workspace, is a published template within the workspace Customer Workspace, is a published template within the another workspace Public, available for everyone within tixio.io Able to upgrade between these published groups to share a template Able to delete/remove a template ----- Review approval for Public publishing withing Tixio.io , Option to give it as a package to buy for a customer vs free. Buy means only within a workspace available. ----- Able to see who is the owner of a template, can be done through a remark in document as well.

Is there a way for individual team members to track time spent on a task within a project? For client work we need to bill the hours spent on a project with a breakdown.

Request to implement permissions inside a workspace for groups or individual users. Or function to make below options 'private' to users who are assigned the permission to view/edit or read-only. Access to: Board (Yes / No) Wiki (Yes / No) Tasks (Yes / No) Chat (Yes / No) Files (Yes / No) Script (Yes / No) Whiteboard (Yes / No) View / Create Permissions: Boards: Create (Yes / No) View (Yes / No) Wikis: Create (Yes / No) View (Yes / No) Files: Create (Yes / No) View (Yes / No) Templates: Create (Yes / No) View (Yes / No) Example: View Only Boards: Be able to only view a board shared with you. You can not create any additional boards. View / Create Boards: Be able to view a board shared with you. Be able to create any additional boards. Global Access Permissions: Boards (Yes / No) Files (Yes / No) Wikis (Yes / No) Templates (Yes / No)

The ability to add multiple tags to each bookmark and the ability to search in Tixio by tags. This would be a very helpful tool for searching large collections of bookmarks.

I have a preplanning board that serves as a log and area to walk through my plans once I have a board up I would like to be able to link to the board from my Notes.
