Ability for user to set background color of boards etc

For instance at the moment the in board view the notes and background are the same colour (white) so the notes are not as distinct everything is white.

Also being able to have different background colours for different parts of the program would instantly give people a cue as to how to interact with the program in that section. It would be best if this could be user definable but even if it is not possible then any pastel shade background color would be good. Thanks
