I have systems which I would like to connect to Tixio (I noticed they are open tickets already) but what I'd like to do ideally is create an SOP (a set of tasks) which need to be assigned to one or more team members each time a specific e-mail arrives in my inbox.

The system would get triggered, create a new "project" with the e-mail title (or reference ID) and my team member would get a message through e-mail / chat on tixio that they have new assigned tasks.

I have this running in Mattermost as a playbook, but it's limited in functionality due to their licensing. What would be really amazing is that the system would automatically add a due date / time based on the time the task was assigned. For example +1 hour or +3 days.
