Error when entering a non-English language in the chat window and subject line

When typing in a language other than English (Korean) in the chat window, the last character is not entered into the chat window.

When typing in the chat in Korean, the last character is not entered.

I can't enter a channel title or other title in a language other than English (Korean).

Please update the feature as soon as possible so that users can use non-English languages (Korean).
